Mobile Access
NICeMail offers apps for both users to access emails on the go and administrators to manage administrative tasks. While mobile access offers convenience, it also introduces risks like unauthorized access and data breaches, as these apps provide access to sensitive resources such as emails, documents, and calendars. To protect this data, NICeMail mobile apps are distributed and installed through Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Mobile Device Management (MDM) refers to the concept of securing the devices used for work purposes. MDM ensures that your official data is protected while providing access to essential work apps without compromising your privacy. Before using your mobile device (Android, iPhone, iPad, or tablet) for official purposes, it’s necessary to complete a simple device enrollment process. This enables secure access to Gov Mail, websites, and other government applications. Once the enrollment is complete, Gov Mail and other required apps will begin to install. To learn more about MDM device enrollment, refer to this document.
You can find separate instructions for Android and iOS devices here:
Once the device enrollment is completed, you can access your Gov Mail app on your devices.
